I have a blank screen with my DAZN TV DeviceA blank screen could be due to a few different issues. To help pinpoint the problem, press the Home button on your remote.
If you see the DAZN For Business menu on screen, then your issue might be related to the content you are watching. More help on streaming issues can be found here .
If you don’t see a menu on screen, then follow the steps below:
- Check your HDMI cable is connected securely from your DAZN TV Device to your TV. If you think the cable may be damaged, try swapping it for another HDMI cable.
- Check your TV is on the correct input by pressing the Source button on your TV remote control. This can also be called ‘Input’, ‘Mode' or 'AV'. Scroll through the different sources until you see DAZN For Business on screen. If you're not sure which input option to use, test each of them one by one.
Still facing issues? Try restarting the DAZN TV Device by switching the power off, then back on.
